Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Depo app and the depo.sayfa.app website. By using Depo you accept them.

What Depo is

Depo is a tool for small businesses to keep track of their items, locations and stock movements on iPhone. It is not accounting, invoicing or tax software.

Apple's licence agreement

Depo is downloaded from the App Store and is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms apply in addition to it.

The free plan and Depo Pro

  • The free plan has no time limit and includes 50 items and 1 warehouse, with scanning, stock movements, counts, low stock and suppliers.
  • Depo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual. The price is shown in the App Store before you buy; current prices are on the Pricing page.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • The annual plan has a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the annual price is charged. If you buy a subscription during the trial, the rest of the trial is forfeited.
  • Manage and cancel your subscription in Settings, under Subscriptions in your Apple Account. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's rules.
  • If your subscription ends, your data is not deleted and you can keep recording movements; you cannot add items or warehouses beyond the free limits, or open Pro features.

Your data

The data you enter in Depo is yours, and it stays on your iPhone and, when you are signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud database. The Privacy Policy has the details. Depo has no server, so we cannot restore your data. iCloud sync is not a backup: a record you delete on one device is deleted on your other devices too. Keeping iPhone backups, and exported copies where you need them, is up to you.

Stock figures and on-device intelligence

Stock in Depo is the sum of the movements you record, so it is only as accurate as those records. Lines found by document reading and answers from Ask Depo can be wrong. Document reading records nothing until you confirm it; check the lines before you do. Do not base official records or important decisions on Depo's figures alone.

Use

Use Depo lawfully. Do not try to copy the app, distribute modified versions of it, or interfere with how it works.

Liability

Depo is provided as is. To the extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, data loss or wrong stock figures arising from the use of Depo. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top.
